Bunch Community in action at Zeeman

Actually, it’s kind of the opposite world. Anouk Rasenberg, a member of our Bunch Community started as interim HR Director at Zeeman a year ago, and after reintegrating the incumbent HR Director, she will stay on as a “side kick” until the end of the year. A side kick with an important mission! Namely, coordinating a major HR transition in all countries where Zeeman has stores (the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Austria, Germany, Spain, Luxembourg and Portugal)

Interim.

The challenge

There has been little focus on HR in recent years, so the transition is accelerating. The challenge lies in Change Management. Not all Zeeman employees are equally open to the transition, in which digitization plays a major role. In addition, when rolling out the new HR systems in the Netherlands and Belgium, not everything is tightly regulated in advance, so more time goes into putting out fires and keeping the operation running than into strategic further thinking.

Fortunately, Change Management is where Anouk’s passion lies. With the return of the HR director, she doesn’t have to shuffle as much between operations and HR transition, and can fully concentrate on the latter.

What makes Zeeman so fun to work for? Zeeman is the prototype “down to earth. People are friendly and eager, within the team, but also broadly in the organization. In short, a tremendously fun and challenging job!
