In early March there was not one, but two new faces at the lunch table! What a celebration! Carlijn has started as HR Consultant and Isa is our new working student. And what better way to start your new job than on the terrace, in the sun (!!!), with a beer!

Chérie studied Business Administration and Change Management at the University of Groningen. Before joining Bunchmark as a consultant, she worked as Talent Manager at RocketX, a growth agency for scale-ups. There she helped the company grow from 15 to 75 employees. In addition, she set up a Business Unit in Greece.
Chérie is a real go-getter, results-oriented and brings a lot of enthusiasm. Always with the thought in mind; keep it simple.
Jurriaan has a background in Public Administration, Strategic HRM and additional modules in labor law. Thanks to his commercial experience within recruitment & selection, he clearly falls into the ‘go-getter’ category. More recently, he helped SME companies and international organizations with their operational or policy-related HR issues. Hands-on and full of enthusiasm. Translating strategy into practice.
Birthe has an interesting combo of studies: Culture, Organization, and Management at VU complementing the High School of Hotel Management in Maastricht. A practical education combined with an analytical master in social sciences. After her studies, she gained broad experience in the HR profession. She filled her HR backpack with international experience at WeTransfer, Fremantle Media, Welcome app (NGO) and Patagonia’s European headquarters.
The lack of a relevant professional network is one of the reasons why status holders have difficulty finding suitable jobs. And all 80,000 of them have a unique skillset, experience and talent.
With that in mind, Refugee Talent Hub launched Refugee LinkUp in March. A campaign in which professionals share their LinkedIn profile, and thus their connections, for a few weeks with a status holder in the Netherlands who would like to find work.
After the success of earlier this year, we are picking up the action again, and a number of #Bunchmarkers and members of our #Bunch #Community are sharing their profiles.
