An organization consisting of three companies with a long history and together specializing in producing high-quality (instant) food products with a focus on health. This company is a good fit for Irene, with her background at FrieslandCampina and knowledge of food industry. In 2021, for example, she assisted the company’s HR Manager in drafting the HR strategy for the Helmond production site.
It was Prinsen Berning’s HR manager, Merlin Kok, who requested support from Bunchmark. She is an experienced HR Manager and has been with the company for quite some time. She needed an outside view. Besides, in her busy job, it was hard to find the time to put those insights and experience from her mind on paper.
Through a series of interviews, desk research of all relevant documents and a brainstorm with the MT, we identified the impact of the company’s growth strategy on the people and the organization. With our outside perspective and experience at other organization, we have listed several topics where HR can make a difference. Together with Prinsen Berning’s HR Manager, we translated these findings into an intergral HR plan with concrete proposals. This gave Merlin a solid foundation on which to establish and roll out HR priorities.
