This is Bunchmark.

A team of experienced HR professionals with a strong belief that the people within an organization can really make the difference. In addition to our work for clients, sometimes alone and often in duo, we all play a role in the growth of Bunchmark itself.

In our office in Amsterdam Oost, next to our desks you will find our playground, a space to experiment, train, coach, brainstorm or have drinks together.

Bunchmark is a one-stop shop for HR and people topics. No assignment is the same and so there is always something new to learn. We love to explore, but ultimately the most important thing is; what works for the client?

After working hours...

Are you done by 4 p.m.? Then your Friday afternoon drink will start at 16:00; do you have to finish something? Then join a little later!

We also host various gatherings throughout the year: from Bunchmark Community events with fun speakers or workshops, to more informal activities. Just recently, we fanatically played our own version of a game of shuffleboard, followed by a karaoke night.

We also go boating in the summer and have a fun evening program during the off-site in the fall on the agenda – in short, plenty of moments that contribute to team connection as well as relaxation!

Working at Bunchmark requires flexibility, switching between assignments and taking responsibility. You have to be able and willing to do that. What do you get in return? A team full of energy and jobs where you always learn something new.

Our consultants have years of experience within large organizations or are just starting out as HR professionals. At Bunchmark, the same goes for everyone; we continue to develop. In breadth or depth.

To facilitate that, every consultant at Bunchmark has a people lead (which you choose yourself), there is a training budget, in-house training, construction afternoons and intervisions. With clear job scales, you know where you stand, and what you have to do to grow further.
