We are looking for an HR Consultant with experience in HR (consultancy), particularly with extensive experience as an (in-house) consultant or Business Partner. Ideally, you will have previously held an independent HR role.
You are curious and have a good understanding of our field. You want to know how different organisations operate and how you can add value there. You contribute ideas to the
organisations you work for and are able to translate challenges into practical solutions.
What you bring:
You will perform, in duo or independently, interim and consulting assignments with our clients. You will do this in collaboration with a Bunchmark consultant or partner. Assignments can vary in nature, ranging from projects to interim assignments. You are able to translate client requirements into bespoke assignments, with a focus on interim assignments.
You’ll be joining an enterprising, growing and dynamic organisation, with our Amsterdam office at its heart. Growth and development are in our DNA; we actively invest in learning from and with one another. You’ll have 25 great colleagues, freedom, the chance to bounce ideas off one another, a training budget to help you develop quickly, and, on top of that, unlimited holiday entitlement. Your salary? Depending on your work experience, between €4,000 and €5,000 per month.
