We are looking for a Senior Reward Consultant with experience in HR (consulting), with a clear focus on compensation & benefits and reward issues, who oversees complex reward issues and knows how to translate them into a clear and future-proof approach for organizations.

What you bring:

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience within HR and/or consulting, with demonstrated experience in job evaluation and compensation & benefits.
  • Experience in developing and recalibrating compensation structures and benefits policies.
  • Experience advising on compensation issues.
  • Experience leading benefits or structure projects.
  • Bachelor/ Master’s degree program.
  • You easily switch between different levels in an organization.
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English language and clear in communication.
  • You have your own and modern vision of job evaluation, reward and assessment and know how to communicate it.
  • Experience working with, or interest in, the Styr methodology is nice.

And what do we offer you?

You will perform, in duo or independently, interim and consulting assignments with our clients. You will do this with a Bunchmark consultant or partner. The nature of the assignments will vary all the time, but have a focus on structure, job evaluation, design of a job house, gender pay gap, reward and assessment. Here we often work according to the Styr methodology, in

complement our own expertise. You are able to translate customer requests into customized projects.

Based on 8+ years of relevant work experience, the salary range is between € 4,800 and € 6,700 based on a 40-hour work week. Your salary will grow each year on your work anniversary and additionally annually based on indexation. Do you have more relevant work experience? Then a higher salary is negotiable.
