We keep things running

Sometimes an HR manager falls away (temporarily) and things need to keep running. Or due to rapid growth, there is too little knowledge or capacity within the current HR team to keep up with that growth. You need help, and you need it yesterday rather than today.

We are used to stepping in immediately in such a case. We identify priorities and can get into the “action” quickly. We keep things running when they are, and get what has been left on track.

For example, we provide continuity in (salary) administration, making contracts, on- and offboarding, absence management and performance management, among other things. In addition, we often fulfill the role of sparring partner with the MT.

HR INTERIM and consulting

Always the right specialist knowledge in house.

Sometimes more support is needed on specific people topics in addition to operations. They linger because specific knowledge is lacking or there is not enough capacity (due to downtime).

When filling the interim role, we also look at the next step. The goal is always to pass the baton to the ideal permanent candidate. We can help you find and onboard that candidate! As interim HR managers, we know better than anyone else who is right for the role. Now and in the future.

This is always work that we put outside the interim assignment. So it is not your interim Bunchmark Consultant who will handle the sourcing to the permanent candidate. Of course, we agree on the investment in advance. Because this is not our core business, those investments are lower.

Sometimes it is wise to conduct this search through an external agency. For example, when the profile is scarce. Count on an investment of 25% of the annual salary.
