But enough about Bunchmark. We are looking for you! As an HR Consultant, you will be working independently or in pairs for clients. You bring strong HR experience and are eager to help build our purpose:

We are looking for two HR consultants with 4-8 years of experience in HR (consulting). We are actively seeking candidates who will be a unique addition to the current team.

What you bring:

• Experience within your field. We are interested in learning & development knowledge. A background in recruitment and employer branding is also a good fit.
• Bachelor/Master’s degree program.
• Strong advisory skills through your work in consulting or gained in an internal HR role. A data-driven mindset.
• You easily switch between different levels in an organization.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English language and clear in communication.
• You follow and form your own views on current events and changes. You are familiar with the latest People tools.
• Preferably experience within growth organizations. You are curious about different sectors.

And what do we offer you?

You will perform, in duo or independently, interim and consulting assignments with our clients. Assignments range from temporary People & Culture roles to project and consulting assignments. Generic roles across the full HR breadth or in the areas of performance, development, learning and reward.

Moreover.

You are commercial and help build our positioning and product development. You will be guided in this by our People Chiefs Leanne and Feikje, but can spar with all of us on a daily basis. You will join an entrepreneurial and growing organization with our office (De Vink) at the edge of the Jordaan, Amsterdam, as its beating heart.

Salary indication: €4000 to €5000 per month with unlimited vacation days
