(“Bunchmark”) treats the privacy of individuals involved in its business (including clients, visitors to its websites, subscribers to its newsletter, participants in workshops or seminars, job applicants and other associates). Bunchmark’s processing of personal data is done in accordance with privacy regulations and in the manner described in this privacy statement.
A. Clients and stakeholders
In connection with our services, we may process the following personal data of our clients or data subjects: name and address data, gender and title, contact data (such as e-mail address and telephone number), business data (such as company name, trade register extract and VAT number) and bank details.
We base the processing of your personal data on the GDPR in order to carry out the assignment agreement we have with you. We may also process personal data to pursue our legitimate interests, such as improving our services. If your personal data is processed pursuant to consent, you will be explicitly asked for consent.
B. Website Visitors
Any website visitor may leave contact information on Bunchmark’s website as part of our online services. We will then use this information to contact you and retain this information as necessary to answer your question.
Cookies
Bunchmark maintains usage data from the website(s) for statistical purposes. Personal data collected in this way are in principle anonymous. In doing so, Bunchmark’s website uses cookies from Google Analytics to track, in outline, user behavior and general trends and obtain reports. This helps to improve the operation of the website. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally required to do so or to the extent that third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Google is a member of the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. By using the Bunchmark website, you consent to the processing of the information by Google in the manner and for the purposes described above. Cookies are also set by the use of buttons and/or links, as described above under ‘Use of social media’. Bunchmark has no control over the placement and use of cookies by those third parties.

Pages on our website are shareable on LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook. Bunchmark does not control and is not responsible for the processing of your personal data by and through such third parties. Use of that media is therefore at your own risk. Before using those third-party services, it is advisable to read the privacy statement of those third parties.
C. Newsletter subscribers or workshop participants, etc.
Bunchmark may send out a newsletter periodically. With respect to the newsletter, we collect personal data such as your (company) name and e-mail address. You will receive the newsletter only if you have consented to it and/or if you are an existing client of ours and we wish to inform you of services and developments relevant to you. If you no longer wish to receive a newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the newsletter.
For registrations in connection with workshops, seminars or similar events, Bunchmark processes personal data, including, but not limited to, name and address, telephone number, e-mail address, company name and position, and, where applicable, your gender and other data requested as part of the registration (such as education, position and work experience). We process this data in our records based on your consent.
D. Applicants
Job opportunities at Bunchmark may be posted on Bunchmark websites or through social networks. Applications can be made in writing or by e-mail, or, where appropriate, through a form on the website. In the context of job applications, we process name and address data, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, gender, application data (CV, cover letter, grade lists, internship reports) and any other data (whether requested in the context of the application or not). We process this data in our records based on Bunchmark’s legitimate interest, which is to find suitable personnel, fellow entrepreneurs or freelancers. The data will not be provided for other purposes and only to those in charge of the recruitment and selection activities at Bunchmark or involved by it. Open applications are processed accordingly.
E. Other relationships
When it comes to suppliers or other service providers, Bunchmark may provide personal data such as name and address information. telephone number, e-mail address as well as bank account number necessary for deliveries or the purchase of services. We process this data to be able to execute the agreement or comply with legal obligations, such as keeping records or for auditing purposes.
Your personal data and third parties
Bunchmark shares your personal data with third parties only to the extent necessary to provide services in accordance with the purposes stated above. This includes engaging another third party on behalf of and at the behest of Bunchmark, such as an IT vendor, bailiff or courier, or judicial authorities. In addition, Bunchmark may provide personal information to a third party, such as a regulator or other body vested with public authority, to the extent required by law.
A processor agreement will be entered into with the third party that processes your personal data on behalf of and on the instructions of Bunchmark, whereby that third party is also bound to comply with the GDPR. Third parties engaged by Bunchmark, who offer services as processors, are themselves responsible for compliance with the GDPR for the (further) processing of your personal data.
Security
Bunchmark is committed to the security and protection of your personal data and, taking into account the state of the art, provides appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.
Retention period
Bunchmark does not retain personal data being processed longer than necessary for the aforementioned purposes of data processing or as required under laws and regulations.
Privacy rights
A request related to the exercise of privacy rights (such as access, correction, restriction, opposition, data portability, deletion of your personal data or withdrawal of previously given consent) can be made using the contact information above.
We aim to respond to your request within one month. If your complaint is not resolved, you may file a complaint with the privacy regulator, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
