Quite simply; for anyone who would like to see themselves begin a (new) leadership role with more confidence.

How do you want to learn?

What you will learn is important, but as far as we are concerned, the "how" is even more important. Therefore:

  • Without what is interesting but not necessary

Step 3

What does that look like?

The Bunchmark First Time Manager Track lasts a total of 3 months. In these three months, you will have eight contact moments:

  • A check-in (individual)
  • four training days (together)
  • two intervisions (together)
  • a check-out (individual)

With a group of up to 8 participants, we get to work. The program is given in Dutch. The in-house tracks can also be given in English.

Cost is 3395 for the course, plus 195 for F&B and venue fees. Amounts are excluding VAT.

Give your new leaders a running start.

We also offer the First Time Manager Track as in-company training. The basics of the training remain the same, but we can customize much to fit your organization’s needs. Are you facing specific challenges? Do you prefer a Track in English? No problem.
