Bunchmark Coach Pathway

An intake with one or two coaches of your choice. The process is an alternation of coachings at our office and/or in nature. Five to seven sessions where after each session you have clear actions to take steps towards your ambition/desire/goal. In the last session we spend extra time on embedding your new behavior in your (working) life.

Bunchmark Strippenkaart

Three coaching sessions focused on your ambition or stuckness, enabling you to move forward. Then a subscription of sessions that you can use in the following 12 months at your own discretion. As maintenance, to keep you on track or when you just need to spar.

Bunchmark Career Pathway

Start with a talent survey and personality scan. Then coaching on where you are now and especially where you want to go. A colored picture of your next step and the tools to get there. Small actions that are directly applicable. 7 live sessions and 3 online check-ins with a lead time of 5 months.

Within Bunchmark and our Coach Community, various specializations are represented (career coaching, millennials, executive coaching, performance, presence) with different approaches as well, think bodywork, NLP, systemic coaching and transactional analysis.

Because we combine coaching with other work, we know better than anyone that business reality is always involved. We provide an approach or trajectory that fits within your capabilities.

The Bunch Community

Whatever question you have, we always find the right coach. What’s not in our team itself, we have a whole community of coaches around us. Several specializations are represented within Bunchmark and our Coach Community.

We work with certified coaches. Bunchmark and Community coaches are members of a recognized professional association (ICF, NOBCO, NOLOC) and work according to the code of conduct of this professional association. When a coach is not a member of a professional association, we apply the code of conduct of the NOBCO.
