Three-step insight.

Check-in.

We always begin the project with a check-in. In addition to coordinating all the practical issues surrounding the scan, this is also where our research begins immediately; determining the context.

We make sure we have your question in focus, but also look at industry, your growth phase and strategy, history of the HR team and their position within the organization. This context is very important to correctly interpret the results.

Implementation scan.

Using desk research, interviews, questionnaires and possibly an ESS, we extract information within the pillars of 'HR General' (e.g. operating model), 'People & Culture' ( e.g. Learning and Development) and 'Structure' (e.g. Remuneration Policy).

The final step in this phase is to measure the effect of your HR policies on absenteeism and e-nps, among other things.

Priorities and next steps.

You will receive a report based on the results of the scan. This report clarifies where the bottlenecks are and indicates the priorities.

People is about leadership, collaboration and team development. Culture about how people feel and behave in an organization. Structure about how an organization is set up: roles, rewards, systems. In practice, we often see that organizations score well on one of these three, but neglect the others. That’s when problems arise. A strong culture without structure leads to ambiguity.
