You are curious and understand our field. You want to know how different organizations work and add value there. You oversee complex HR issues and think strategically about the direction of organizations. You are able to translate organizational goals into a concrete HR approach and take responsibility for both its development and implementation. You move comfortably at different levels within an organization and know how to give direction to sustainable change. You are able to translate customer requests into customized assignments.

What you bring:

• Minimum of 8 years HR experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a role with ultimate responsibility. Leadership experience is a plus.
• Experience in leading (organization-wide) HR projects on change processes (both hard and soft side)
• You enjoy helping to build a growing consulting firm, actively thinking about client issues and using your network to create new opportunities.
• Bachelor / Master working and thinking level.
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.

And what do we offer you?

You will perform, in duo or independently, interim and consulting assignments with our clients. You will regularly do this with a Bunchmark consultant or partner. Assignments can vary in nature, from projects to interim assignments, with an emphasis on interim assignments.
