We are looking for a Senior Reward Consultant with experience in HR (consulting), with a clear focus on compensation & benefits and reward issues, who oversees complex reward issues and knows how to translate them into a clear and future-proof approach for organizations.<\/p>

What you bring:<\/p>

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience within HR and\/or consulting, with demonstrated experience in job evaluation and compensation & benefits.<\/li>
  • Experience in developing and recalibrating compensation structures and benefits policies.<\/li>
  • Experience advising on compensation issues.<\/li>
  • Experience leading benefits or structure projects.<\/li>
  • Bachelor\/ Master’s degree program.<\/li>
  • You easily switch between different levels in an organization.<\/li>
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English language and clear in communication.<\/li>
  • You have your own and modern vision of job evaluation, reward and assessment and know how to communicate it.<\/li>
  • Experience working with, or interest in, the Styr methodology is nice.<\/li><\/ul>

    And what do we offer you?<\/h4>

    You will perform, in duo or independently, interim and consulting assignments with our clients. You will do this with a Bunchmark consultant or partner. The nature of the assignments will vary all the time, but have a focus on structure, job evaluation, design of a job house, gender pay gap, reward and assessment. Here we often work according to the Styr methodology, in <\/p>

    complement our own expertise. You are able to translate customer requests into customized projects. <\/p>

    You will join an enterprising, growing and energetic organization with our Amsterdam office as its beating heart. You will have 25 great colleagues, freedom, substantive sparring, a training budget for rapid development and unlimited vacation days. Your salary? Based on 8+ years of relevant work experience, the salary range is between \u20ac 4,800 and \u20ac 6,700 based on a 40-hour work week. Your salary will grow each year on your work anniversary and additionally annually based on indexation. Do you have more relevant work experience? Then a higher salary is negotiable. <\/p>
